At OT Possibilities, we want every order to arrive safely and work well for your child.

Physical Products:
All physical products are designed to be used with adult supervision. If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible and include a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.

Digital Products:
Our printables, including printables in the membership, are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.
